Step 1.
Open Outlook, and on the Tools menu, click Accounts.

Step 2.
In the Internet Accounts dialog box, click Add, and then Mail. The Internet Connection Wizard will guide you through the account setup process.

Step 3.
Your Name
Type your name as you would like it to appear on your outgoing mail.
Click Next.

Step 4.
Internet E-mail Address
In the E-mail Address box, type your Express 56 email address in the form of username@express56.com

Step 5.
E-mail Server Names
Set the incoming mail server type to POP3.
Type pop3.express56.com in the space provided for incoming (POP3) mail server.
Type smtp.express56.com in the space provided for outgoing (SMTP) mail server.

Step 6.
Internet Mail Logon
Type you username (with the "@express56.com") and password in the spaces provided.
Congratulations, you’re done. Click finish, and you will be ready to send and receive your mail.
